Music Upload Terms Upload with confidence.
These terms apply whenever an artist or producer submits a song or instrumental to NaijaGossip.
Who can upload
Only signed-in artist and producer accounts may submit songs or instrumentals. Every submission is reviewed by the NaijaGossip admin team and stays private until it is approved.
Your rights promise
By uploading you confirm that you own the song, beat and artwork, or hold every permission and licence needed from songwriters, producers, featured performers, sample owners and artwork creators to share it on NaijaGossip.
Licence you give NaijaGossip
You keep ownership of your work. You allow NaijaGossip to store, stream, display and, where you enable it, offer downloads of the submission and its artwork, and to feature it in promotion on the site.
Review and decisions
Admins may approve or reject any submission. When a submission is rejected, the reason is shown in your creator studio so you can correct and resubmit it.
Removal
You can delete your submissions from your studio at any time. We may remove material that breaks these terms, the Copyright Policy or the Content Guidelines.
Agreement records
Each time you submit, we record your account, the submission, the date and time and the version of these terms you accepted.
